Recognizing the increased vehicular density and accident vulnerabilities along National Highway 52 (Jaipur-Sikar-Bikaner corridor), Sikar Police has launched a comprehensive 15-day highway safety operation.
Key Operational Measures:
- Laser Speed Guns: Four mobile interception teams equipped with digital speed radar systems stationed between Ringas, Sikar Bypass, and Laxmangarh.
- Night Breathalyzer Checks: Random sobriety checkpoints at toll plazas and prominent highway intersections to eliminate driving under the influence.
- Reflective Safety Tape Campaign: Free reflective stickers being affixed onto tractors, carts, and freight carriers to enhance night visibility.
SP Sikar appeals to all commercial drivers and private motorists to strictly observe lane discipline and speed regulations to ensure safe travel for every family.
